Shipping Policy

The product prices as listed on the website are inclusive of all the costs including shipping.  

We endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible.Due to logistic limitations caused by the pandemic, most of the orders are being delivered from our global warehouses in Germany and Australia. The standard delivery time is usually 4 weeks or less from dispatch and is based on estimates given by our freight partners.The indicated standard delivery time is an estimate only – this is not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.Shipping times can also be affected by limited availability of transportation and other restrictions due to COVID -19. Adventure Gearbox Private Limited cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels arriving at their destination.

Bulky items are charged according to the freight calculator during the check-out process, they may be shipped separately and take longer to arrive.

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address? Yes, during the checkout process you can choose different billing and shipping addresses.

Shipment delays

Sometimes the product you select might be unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you by phone and/or email and you will be given the option to wait for the item to arrive back in stock, choose an alternative item, or cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.

Discrepancies

All orders are wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive complete and in a usable condition.If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your shipment on agb@seatosummitindia.com or 981110203 Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm IWST – you will need your original purchase order number.
